Speedboat for day tours at the Galapagos Islands
We offer the first rate and comfortable speedboat “Valeria” for exploring the Galápagos Islands for those preferring to overnight in island accommodation, to touring and living on board cruise yachts or ships. The boat is suitable for small groups of up to 12 people, and for larger groups we can facilitate extra vessels. The speedboat is licensed by the park regulations to operate between the following islands:
San Cristobal; mooring at Puerto Baquerizo Moreno with excursions into the highlands and to the Loberia. Off-shore visitor sites: Leon Dormido, Islas Lobos and Punta Pitt.
Floreana; mooring at Puerto Velasco Ibarra and in cooperation with local boats providing snorkelling at Corona del Diablo and Champion. Visitor sites are Post Office Bay, Punta Cormorant and excursions into the highlands to Cerro Yer and the Loberia.
Isabela: mooring at Puerto Villamil and in Cooperation with local boats visiting Tontoreras and Los Tuneles. On-land excursions are into the highlands to the volcano Sierra Negra, the wall of tears and the lagoons.
Santa Cruz; mooring at Puerto Ayora and using local boats taking the Bay Tour. Excursions into the highlands are to the lava tunnels, the tortoise reserve El Chato, a hike to Turtle Beach (Playa Tortuga) and a visit to the Charles Darwin Station.
